Southern Cuisine Potato Souffle

4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
4 tablespoons butter (1/2 stick)
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk

Topping:
1/3 stick margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup all-purpose flour

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Beat the mixture until fluffy. Pour into buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with topping.

Topping: Mix all ingredients. Bake in 350 degree F oven for 35 to 40 minutes.

Servings: 6
